Symplr, the enterprise healthcare software developer which is owned by Santa Monica-based private equity investor Clearlake Capital Group, has acquired SpinFusion, a developer of healthcare scheduling software. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Symblr develops governance, risk management, and compliance software-as-a-service, used for enterprise healthcare operations. The company is owned by Clearlake Capital Group and Charlesbank Capital Partners. Clearlake Capital has been very busy rolling up companies uner Symplr, with this acquisition the eighth by Symplr since Clearlake acquired the company in 2018; the acquisition is the thirteenth acquisition by Symplr in the past six years.
