Foundry Takes On Commercial Real Estate CRM
A new, Los Angeles-based startup, Foundry, said today that it has launched to offer up commercial real estate customer relationship management (CRM) tools. The company was founded by CEO Rick Pelz, who the company said spent nearly twenty years at the Chief Information Officer of commercial real estate brank Marcus & Millichap. The company said it offers up deal, property, CRM, and prospect management, and is sold not as a service or subscription, but through outright purchase. The company did not say how it is being funded or who its backers are.
