Santa Barbara-based Invoca, which provides software for call and sales tracking, said on Monday that it has acquired DialogTech, a developer of an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered call tracking and analytics product. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Invoca said the combined company will have more than 300 employees and 2,000 customers. DialogTech is based in Chicago. Invoca said the acquisition puts it on track to exceed $100M in revenues this year. Invoca said its customers now include such brands as ADT, AutoNation, DISH, Mayo Clinic, TELUS, and The Home Depot.
