LegalZoom Partners With USC Marshall On Social Entrepreneurship

Glendale-based LegalZoom has partnered with the University of Southern California (USC), to fund a scholarship and a new lab, the company said this week. According to LegalZoom, it has partnered with the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business to amplify the learning opportunities offered through the Brittingham Social Enterprise Lab (BSEL). According to LegalZoom, The Brittingham Social Enterprise Lab helps USC students, faculty, and staff with the business skills and resources to develop "financially incentivized solutions to societal problems". The deal includes a $30,000 scholarship for students in the Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship degree program, and up to $5,000 in free services for BSEL graduates who go on to start their own social entrepreneurship ventures.
