Los Angeles-based ServiceTitan, which develops software used by home service providers and tradespeople to manage appointments and other aspects of their business, says it has opened up a new customer service office in Salt Lake City, Utah. According to the company, its first expansion to the Southwest is part of its effort to fuel "rapid growth" and its pursuit of strong technology talent. The office is the company's fifth office. The expansion follows a bit, $500M investment round the company received in March; the company says it is now valued at $8.3 billion, and has $250M in annual recurring revenues. The company now has more than 1,600 employees worldwide.
