Symplr, the enterprise healthcare software company owned by Santa Monica-based private equity investor Clearlake Capital Group, said this morning that it has agreed to acquire Halo Health, a provider of clinical communication and collaboration software. Financial details of the transaction were not announced. The deal was backed both by Clearlake and Charlesbank Capital Partners. Clearlake has been rolling up a number of companies underneath the symplr brand. According to symplr, Halo Health profides a unified communication and collaboration platform that consolidates outdated technology like pagers, feature phones, and legacy texting applications.
